Canopi Hardware Limited Warranty
Last Updated: July 2026
Canopi Technology USA ("Canopi") warrants to the original purchaser ("Purchaser" or "you") that your Canopi hardware product (including smart locks, cameras, access-control devices, and facial-recognition readers) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase or delivery (the "Warranty Period").

- Repair the hardware defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
- Exchange the product with a product that is new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to the original.
- Refund the original purchase price of the product.
